Whats happening with apples quality control?

Hey.

Was waiting for my new Macbook Pro M1Pro for month and a half. It arrived yesterday. Top lid is misaligned with the bottom part, rubber that is surrounding the screen is wavy, there is metal showing under the bottom part of the display (the plastic part) and the keyboard is non consistent (some keys are stiffer and sound different than others). This laptop cost over 4000 euros. Is this the new standard? Where is the quality control? Thank you (added some pictures ;)
