Since updating to iOS 15.3 my iPhone loses connection with my hearing aids

Many customers were calling my audiologist with the same issue. I updated my iPhone iOS from 14.7 to 15.3. She said Apple has bugs with iOS 15.3 and hearing aids. Tomorrow she will teardown the aids bluetooth stack with her magic machine and re-install.
iOS 15.3 is a beta version. The latest supported is iOS 15.2.1.
iOS 15.3 was released on January 26, 2022.
