Passcode Requirements

I used to have my work email on my iPhone and as a result I was required to have a complex passcode to get into my phone, as well as a pin for my Apple watch. These had to be changed every few weeks. I have recently changed jobs and removed the work email from my phone but the passcode requirements remain. Does anyone know how I can remove the need for a passcode on my iPhone and pin on my watch?
