Can a support person call me and help me set my watch up on my phone. I don’t remember my pass code.

How do I get a new password for the email I set my watch up with?

I reset my Apple Watch and it’s asking for my email password and every time I put it in and says it’s wrong I change the password and try to do it again and it still says it’s wrong and won’t let me in the phone I reset my watch because I forgot the passcode and now it’s asking for the password to the email link to the watch when I enter it it says wrong I change the password into the new password it still says wrong I cannot get into my watch
