My itunes is version 12.10.11 and there are no more updates apparently.,

If there are updates available for your iPad, you may do so over Wi-Fi by following our procedure outlined at Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as an alternative method for keeping your device up-to-date.

If you're using a Windows computer, you can use the Microsoft Store or our iTunes page to download the latest compatible version for your computer. There is a list of system requirements found at Download the latest version for Windows you can compare against your machine specifications.

Please also note that without your iPad model it's not possible to verify which versions of iPadOS your device is capable of supporting. Some apps may only work on newer software versions that older devices may not be able to install.
