So my macbook pro’s screen cracked and i was using it on my monitor via hdmi and it was working fine. But one day I randomly formatted my mac and now i cannot use it via hdmi before activation. So is there any way possible to use it this way coz i dont want to put so much money to fix the display.
Restart and hold down the Option key for several minutes. Does the screen background draw, and a cursor of any description?
That is a really simple thing your Mac can do, and it does not require the drive to be functional. If it can't do that, your Mac needs service.
