Call forwarding will not deactivate on the iPhone SE. Sits with spinning wheel.

Yes. If they do not support Call Forwarding, or there is a problem on their end with Call Forwarding, that setting on the phone will not work. There are carriers where you have to do your call forwarding through them.

Check with your carrier. They are the ones that support Call Forwarding.
