Is there a way that my Apple ID has been entered into a family sharing circle without my knowledge ?

is there a way to determine if my Apple ID has ever been entered nit a family sharing without me knowing. My husband did have access to my phone and knew password back when I was receiving pictures that were taken with his phone. He swears he did not do it. I know for sure I didn’t. During this time on find my … it showed he has (2) devices but he only has 1 phone. Apple told him ans I that the only way that would happen was because he was signed into (2) devices. We spoke to 5 apple techs and they all said the same. He said they were wrong. I believe he was just caught …

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Apple ID.

Family Sharing would not have anything to do with Photos being shared and received on both of your devices.

This is due to the same Apple ID account being signed into more than one device, and iCloud+.

iCloud+ Offers the ability to access all of your content backed up to iCloud across every device signed in with your Apple ID, automatically.

If you received any photos that were associated to his device, it means that he was signed into iCloud Settings with your Apple ID at some point. Since you both would then be signed into two devices with the same Apple ID, and had iCloud Photos enabled, all the photos taken on those devices would be available to view within the Photos app.

As for the second iPhone showing on Find My, it can only exist on the Find My network if signed into iCloud Settings and Find My is enabled. If you have not signed into his Apple ID on your device recently, this is another iPhone associated to his Apple ID.

Find My would never duplicate the same device in your list of Devices, and a device exists on Find My if signed into iCloud Settings and Activation Lock is enabled. Apple Support was correct in stating that he was signed into two separate devices.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Devices that are signed in with your Apple ID can be viewed within Settings > Name > scroll to the bottom and you will see a list of your devices.

This displays all of your devices, old and new, if you have not removed them from your Apple ID over the years. A device can only be removed from your Apple ID manually. If you do not see a device listed, you have previously removed it.

As for the iPhone Passcode, it should only ask you for your iPhone passcode when you are unlocking your device, attempting to change your Apple ID password within iCloud Settings, and if you have failed authenticating with Face or Touch ID.

If you have changed your iPhone passcode in the hopes of blocking sign-in attempts to your Apple ID, this was the incorrect thing to change. Instead, you would need to change your Apple ID password.

Even if you have changed your Apple ID password, with two-factor authentication, upon attempting sign-in to a new device or online, a six digit verification code is sent to your trusted devices and/or trusted phone number associated to your Apple ID.

You can confirm your trusted phone number(s) within Settings > Name > Password & Security > Trusted Phone Number.

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to see the devices that have been signed into my Apple ID since it’s existence ? Like to serial number etc? Or any way to see who has viewed my iCloud plus.?

I have changed my passcode multiple times. Idd feed he was/is signed into my iCloud , would he still be able to access information since I changed passcode ?

When I sign into iCloud in my phone , it asked for iPhone passcode rather than iCloud password. This changed after I changed iCloud password about 2 months ago. I have since changed it and it still asks for iPhone passcode rather than iCloud password. Is there any way to set it where you have to have the iCloud password instead of iPhone passcode.
