Unable to add my Tim Hortons Rewards card to Apple Wallet on IPhone 13 Pro

How to connect rewards card to Apple Wallet - are there any settings that need to changed to allow rewards cards to connect with Apple Wallet?

I am unable to connect my Tim Hortons Rewards card to my Apple Wallet. My husband has his connect but there is no option in the Tim Hortons app or on Apple wallet to add rewards card.
