Apple question mark folder on startup. Tried everything

This past summer I took my MacBook Pro (2017 model) in for a batter replacement at APPLE. It seemed to work fine for about a month or so. Keep in mind I barely use the laptop in general as I’ve got a PC that I primarily use. So I turn it on and boom I’ve got a question mark folder. Everytime I go into startup disk through command+R and go into disk utility the disk needed is not showing. Yesterday I was on the phone with an Apple tech support and they guided me through the same process but luckily the startup disk was there for me to erase and reinstall the OS. So the newest OS is installed and I called them back since they told me to do so after it installs. They said now everything is fine. Fast forward today I am now back at step one as I turn on the laptop and I’ve got the question mark all over again with no disk to be found in disk utility nor the reinstall OS page.
