If you haven't already, restart your computer as restarting can resolve many odd issues by providing fresh connections. If the behavior continues after restarting, let us know more:


  • Where exactly are you seeing the alert that iCloud stopped responding?
  • Does this happen while using a different Wi-Fi connection?


The more details you can provide the better.

Same issue here. Whenever I try to open "icloud.com" on any browser I get the "icloud has stopped responding" error. I know I changed some security settings in Windows and in System Mechanic. I have gone thru every setting I can find and undid them, but result is same. Any thoughts? It only happens on my home PC. My work computer, which is synced, works just fine.
