y screen is black and icant put in my passcode i have anew phine and want totransfer data

i have a new iphone but my old scree is black, so icant open it to transfer all my stuff to the new phone

You won't be able to enter the passcode on a blank screen as you are experiencing. You will need a working screen on your iPhone X.

Do you have any backup files on iCloud or a computer that you can use to Restore your new iPhone from? If you do not have any backups created, then you will have to get the screen issue repaired on your iPhone X.
