My IPhone 7plus gives me no alert when receiving text, notifications is turned on, silent mode switch is not in red position, I’ve rebooted twice.
I believe it started after the last update.
Any other suggestions?

Do you have Notification Summary enabled? If so, I would recommend turning it off.
