The Apple TV Plus app on my Samsung tv quit working. When I click on the app, it says load the appletv plus app comes on the screen and then nothing else happens. any ideas?

From your post it appears you are having an issue with the AppleTV+ app on your Samsung TV. The article you came from, If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app, has some steps to follow.

Indeed this is a Samsung issue.
Thanks for suggestions. I tried uninstalling the app again and reinstalling and it is now working.
Having same issue. Have eero mesh WiFi with optional advanced settings including site blocking. I had “Apple Shopping” blocked. I unblocked it and now Samsung Apple app works.
Apple TV doesn’t load on Samsung tV. Apple plus logo comes on but app doesn’t load.
