Hi Panagiota1221, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

So sorry to hear that you cannot find your iPad in the Find My app.

Can I suggest that you are update to the latest iPadOS (if you have not done this already) as updates can help resolve some problems. The following link can help you: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204204

There may be a number of reasons why and hopefully one of the following actions might resolve your issue:

  • Open a web browser and check using Find My on iCloud: https://www.icloud.com/find/
  • Verify that you signed in with your correct Apple ID on your device
  • Check that your device has a cellular or Wi-Fi network connection
  • Make sure you turned on location services for each device in: Settings > Privacy > Locations Services
  • Turn Airplane Mode on and back off: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204234
  • Restart your device and check again: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT210631
  • Check that Set Automatically is on in: Settings > General > Date & Time

I do hope one of the suggestions helps resolve your issue.
