AirPods/ MacBook Air 2015

When I connect my AirPods 2nd generation to my MacBook Air 2015 sound only comes out of the right AirPods but when I put the right AirPods back into the case the left one starts playing sound but when I take the right one out again sound only comes from the right one so I've already reset my AirPods and restarted my devices.

so I figured it out if you connect your AirPods to your Mac and go into setting and tap on sound then output there is balance so you just slide it to the middle then audio comes out of both headphones or AirPods.
