I hear my iPhone through my hearing aids. Volume is god except with Siri. I have asked her to increase her volume and she says that it is as loud as it gets. How can I increase Siri’s volume?
FloridaWalker1 ~ Try this: Ask Siri a question and whilst he/she is speaking, increase the volume via the + volume button. Then test to see if Siri's volume has been adjusted.

Whilst Siri was speaking? ...That's what may make a difference, rather than the + volume button alone.

Check in Settings, Sound & Haptics, RINGER AND ALERTS and see if Change with Buttons in Turned On. It will be Green.

Thanks for your quick response but I have tried the plus button as well as asking Siri to get louder. She says that's as good as it gets. She used to be much louded but after the last update her volume dropped.
I did it while she was speaking. No increase in volume.
