Terminal error of file not found or not a directory

I am new to using terminal and python. I am trying to instal pip (or pillow) to python using the Mac terminal. I have downloaded the python script from https://medium.com/swlh/installing-python-and-pip-on-mac-72b7639a58 using the get-pip.py script. When trying to cd on terminal to the folder, I get an error of the file or directory. I am using the drag and drop method from finder so I am pretty sure my pathway is right. I’m just not sure what is happening since I can clearly see the file in front of me but I keep getting an error.

I am not sure how to change to the python directory. I am very very new to this so I am sorry if this seems like a redundant question.

Run the same command that failed, but remove get-pip.py from it.

I.e., arrow up until the old command shows up, then backspace until you remove "get-pip.py"
