i downloaded ringtones from store, they don't show under ringtones. i went into settings, ringtones, tone store to purchase. there was no option to set as ringtone. they are shown under music purchases with no way to set as ringtone.
Then you will need to contact Apple Support directly as I mentioned in my first reply to you.
The support article you came here from should provide you with the steps needed to use ringtones on your iPhone. Have you tried them all yet? If so, and they didn't help, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
Just to be sure, did you go to iTunes Store > More > Tones to purchase/download these ringtones? If so were you logged into the iTunes store with your Apple ID?
If both are true, did you check Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone to see if they are listed?
i have a receipt from itunes for the purchases. i don't remember signing in when i paid for them, the store comes up when i went into settings, ringtones, sounds and haptics, tones store, purchased 2, then download purchases
no it did not solve my problem! i paid for ringtones from the tone store on my iphone 13 mini and they aren't displayed to select as ringtones.
Ok, it appears that you properly purchased and downloaded them from the iTunes Store. Did you check in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone to see if they are listed there?
