Best video DVD Authoring Software for MacOS 12.x?

I'm seeking recommendations for the best DVD Mastering/Authoring software for MacOS 12.x from content I create from FCP. That is, not just "dvd burning" but for the creation of menus, intro video to the disc with audio, etc. I know FCP can do the basics, but I want to create something a little more elaborate.

There are so many old reviews out there, I figure here is the best place to ask.

I've looked at a bunch (late model Authoring Apps) that supposedly do what you would like and as Operating Systems have moved forward DVD Authoring has been left in the dust. I have yet to find one that does what the "old stuff" does:

Having an older Mac with appropriate OS and software is what I use in 2022 if a DVD is required with Customisation.
