An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.

I erased my hard drive and created a new partition named "Macintosh HD" and am attempting to reinstall macOS Sierra via "Command R." The installation tries to install for about 30 minutes and finally finishes with this error. I verified the date is correct in terminal and still no luck. I've restarted and tried this several times. Same outcome each time. Please help. Thanks.
