Screen Time Bugs Out And Keeps Counting When Phone Is Not Used.

It has been happening for as long as I have been using Screen Time, and it usually goes on like this:

1) Open Twitter, or some other app, and click a link in it that opens Safari

2) Close Twitter, put phone away for the night.

3) Check Screen Time next morning, and it has counted 16 hours of you reading one website.

To better demonstrate this, I have made a few screenshots.

This BS has been happening for as long as I have been using screen time, and to be honest, it completely defeats the purpose of Screen Time feature. It happened across all IOS version I used on this phone; @AppleSupport on twitter suggested to clear cache and browsing data for Safari, that didn't help.

You've done great work already isolating the behavior, and clearing your history and cache is a great step. Hello, thanks for your reply, but from I'm standing it seems that Screen Time does not have checks built in for the phone actually being used, and if it counts screen time when screen is off, it is certainly behaves wrong and needs to be looked at. I also have a feeling that the issue might be related to Safari, as unlike other browsers, it reports site names directly in screen time, and not browser app name (I tested this with Brave). It also keeps recording screen time for websites when twitter app is closed (as in swipe up+right, and unload app from memory).
