iPad Pro 2022 thinks I’m in the U.S but I’m in the U.K. .and I’ve tried everything but can’t seem to be able to change the country Problem is I want to contact apple support and it’s not allowing me to put my phone number in

There are some implications you will need to consider before changing your country or region settings on your iPad that is currently linked to your AppleID. These considerations are explained in the following link (what to do before you change your country or region) as are the steps to change your country and region:
