Netflix - Certain Shows wont load

using netflix on AppleTV 4 and having issues lately with some titles not loading. After selecting the movie or episode, it will just stay on the loading loop. Not a network issue since other titles will load and stream fine. Most titles work fine, but 10% of the time, titles like “girl from oslo, fauda, blackspace wont load. Tried forced app restart and reinstall, but issue persists.

Strangely, the same title will play on all of my other devices (iPhone, iPad, computer, xbox) on the same network. But my ATV is the only streamer i have in my home theater. Very frustrating.

Would appreciate any input you guys could provide!

Turn off Match Frame Rate if your TV doesn’t handle 25 fps content.

Turn on Match Dynamic Range or Match Frame Rate on your Apple TV - Apple Support

Yes i tried all the suggestions and nothing. This is not an app developer problem (Netflix). I found out by testing that Apple TV is having issuewith shows with native frame rates of 25. Mostly British and other foreign shows that are all 25 frame rate. 24 frame rate shows work fine….

any suggestion?

I have exactly the same problem. It helps to delete and reinstall the Netflix app. Then everything is fine for some weeks or months, but, out of a sudden, some titles again refuse to start and I have to do the delete-reinstall cycle once again.
