Hey, I have made a purchase of Procreate app via App Store and amount was deducted. However the app doesn't allow me to install and nothing shows up under purchase history. When I try installing the app again from App store it asks me to pay again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response, I cannot check my mail because that email account cannot be recovered. Yes I see the deduction in my account statement and lastly I do not see procreate under purchase history or other options.
Also, the deducted amount is not yet refunded, neither it allows me to install.
Please guide me here am stuck/
