Hi Apple

I have a very annoying problem

I singned up for Adobe Illustrator for 229,000vnd on the App Store by Momo e-wallet payment

I have canceled the subscription, but until now there are still messages asking me to pay in Momo

And I was actually deducted

When I check my purchase history on the app store and my phone, my payment history still shows that I have been deducted 229,000vnd

But when i go to reportaproblem, i don't see the payment history for that app

I want apple could help me with this problem
