MacBook Pro 2021 16" with dual 4k

Hello

I have ordered a MacBook Pro 16-inch Space Grey Apple M1 Max.

Can I run two 4K monitors?

I currently have a Benq PD2700U and plan on ordering a LG 32UN880 32".

Will I need an adapter/port/hub. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Yes. The 2021 MacBook Pro's can run up to 4 external displays depending on what CPU model you chose for it.

See here:

You may need a an adapter depending on the ports on your monitors. The M1 16" MBP only has 1 HDMI port. So if your other monitor also uses HDMI, you will need a USB-C / Thunderbolt 4 to HDMI adapter. If both monitors use USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 you can use a straight Thunderbolt cable to connect them.
