I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) with a 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, and recently installed macOS Monterey 12.1. I've recently noticed that when I stream video via Chrome, the WindowServer process revs up.
What can I do to fix this?

I'd note that it doesn't just happen with Chrome. It also happens over video calls with Facetime or Zoom, and I've now tested and it's happening while I play videos through Safari too.
