iPhone back up without photos
I want my iPhone to be backed up, but I don’t need to back up my photos, they’re all saved in another cloud. And I don’t wanna buy more cloud storage.

Seems an iPhone backup to iCloud includes Photos if they are not already stored there in iCloud
Backups do not include information already stored in your iCloud storage.
