Move active licens for app Hi! In our company we purchase app-licenses for our customers. We have purchased 1 licens for the app TD Snap. They have downloaded the app, then a time later we had to get the iPad back to factory reset. Now they can see the app in our MDM-system, but can't download it. It just says View, not Install. It seems lika the system haven't let go of the app licens. In our store for licens purchases it says that one licens is used, but it's not. How can we manage the license that is currently floating in the air? :)
