the display does not respond to touch
Hello, I can't reboot the iPad and turn it off in any way, and it doesn't respond to touch, what should I do?

You can Force Restart an iPad without using the Touch screen and the following link explains how to do this in more detail:

You can also contact Apple Support if the issue persists.
You can do this as follows:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
- Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
