My MacBook Pro M1 2020 13 inch is having Bluetooth connection issues. Neither AirPods Pro or other headphones can connect.. it seems like AirPods are connected but I cannot delete that connection or reset it or can hear in my AirPods Pro. Anyway I can reset the bluetooth connection process? I already restarted the computer.

Thanks for your response. I did go through the article before submitting the question since I know there are folks out there who probably found a solution without needing to contact apple support :^)
