Apple USB-C Hub - HDMI not working as Expected

Hi. I bought my new Macbook Air M1 and the Apple USB-C Hub with HDMI, however when I try connecting it to my second Monitor via HDMI it is in black screen and says no signal but when I try to use a diffrent brand like Adam, the HDMI is working. Need help.
