connect apple tv boks to a tv

When I try to connect the apple tv boks to my tv they tell me that my username ir my password is incorrect. I also get an answer that I have to log in with my old emailadress that’s not in use anymore

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Consider resetting the device to factory settings to remove any trace of old accounts. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
