Problem with setting up the apple pay on my watch

Hi, I tried suggested steps to add my apple pay to my apple watch but unfortunately doesn’t work; what should I do? What is the problem now?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 8

Thanks for the reply. I’ve already done those steps but for mine it is limited in step 3 (it doesn’t allow me to add my card and the error massage is not clear🤷‍♀️)
