Hi,

I have the following error - (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49180) after running a first aid on my external hard drive thus not mounting.

How do i fix this?

I do not want to reinstall macos as this will erase all my mac data?

Can the data on the hard drive be salvaged and exported to another external hard drive?
