Your Samsung is too old to support Airplay 2 so you can either connect a cable to physically connect the MBA to your TV using Use your TV as a display with Mac - Apple Support or if you want to do it wirelessly you will need an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K or another compatible Airplay 2 device.
