Mac mail sent messages all have a yellow star

My sent Mail are all showing a yellow star beside them in the sent mail

box. Any resolution?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

I figured it out - I must have set myself as a VIP, so every email I sent had a gold star on the left side!

Let us know which email client you are using.

all showing a yellow star beside them in the sent mail

It looks like you get such a yellow star because the person you send an email to is in your Contacts.

But that's typical when using Thunderbird email client on a PC.
