Battery stop charging at 90%
Hello support! What should i do to make my iphone to charge over 90%? Because at the moment is stopping charging at 90% while the optimizing charging is OFF
Then I'd suggest getting a diagnostic from Apple. There are all sorts of things that are logged by Apple devices but can only be access through an Apple diagnostic that can be done at an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or by Apple Support remotely. They will connect you to a special website that can access a lot of the diagnostic information that is on the phone. If you've ever gotten a battery service from Apple, this is usually performed first. At an Apple Store, I was told that their version only worked if connected to the store's Wi-Fi (and not the business next door).
