If I log into someone’s Apple ID can they get access to my personal informations?

Few weeks ago I logged into one of my friends Apple ID on settings so that I could purchase one of her apps. However after few minutes realising I had no storage I logged back out. Can my friend see my personal information or get access to any of personal pics/ stuff including apps and purchases or any mail? Do they have any control over my phone? It’s been about a month now and suddenly my photos are disappearing from my phone. Has this got anything to do with this? Frequently my phone keeps asking to sign back into the Apple ID of my friend. I couldn’t turn on my iMessage without my phone telling me to log back in her Apple id (I didn’t log back in instead I logged out my Apple ID and logged back in for it to turn on) when I tried to go on any apps this weekend my phone kept clashing (suddenly goes black screen then it takes me to Home Screen)

Please help this is giving me a lot of stress

The video is about backing up iCloud, I wanted to know if my friend still has the access to things on my phone including pictures because I used her Apple ID in the past or will it affect my iPhone in anyways because I used her Apple ID.

if you could answer those questions I’ll be more than glad to get this stress out of my head. Thank you

If you were syncing data, such as photos, to iCloud when signed in with her ID, your data synced to her iCloud. She can access any data that synced to her iCloud. Since you have signed out of her ID, any new data won't sync to her iCloud. Since you are signed out of her ID, it shouldn't affect your phone in the future.
