Etrade Quotes not showing up in Safari 15.2 In Monterey M1 Pro. Works fine with Chrome

After buying a new M1 Pro MacBook Pro my Etrade actual quotes do not show up at all. They work fine in Chrome. When I click on a stock ticker it just opens a blank screen. I do not have any antivirus programs installed and do not use a VPN.

yahoo finance not fully loading Yahoo finance is not working properly on my mac. I cannot see the option prices for some stocks for instance. I saw some people had this problem around jan 2021 as well. This happened just a few days ago. I'm running Big Sur version 11.4. Same problem both in Chrome and safari. It's working on job-PC, so this has to be a problem with Mac.
