Don’t think there is a mute button. You can change the volume by turning the digital crown, or by changing the volume on your device, or by using the mute key on a compatible hardware keyboard. You can also stop the audio from playing it by removing the headphones from your head.

Seriously considering returning new headset. I need to be on zoom or calls and need to walk around. Can’t go back to device to mute/unmute. Can’t the Digital Crown get a software upgrade and introduce a mute feature?!
