I want to share my iTunes library with family. That’s all. I have iTunes Match. Is this possible?

I want to share my iTunes library (iTunes Match) with my family. ONLY iTunes. Is this even possible? I see where I can share an Apple Music subscription. Don’t have it . Don’t want it. Help?
