My daughter tried to download an in-app purchase that I have already bought for my iPad. Family sharing is on, but I was still charged for the purchase again. How do I get my money back and stop this from happening again? The app is Toca Boca World.

Did you check on the page of the AppStore, if the developer of the app supports family sharing for In-App-Purchases?
You might be able to share the app, but not the In-App-purchases.
