Laptop not delivered from Longertime - Macbook Pro m1 Max 16Inch.(4 months)

Hello , I have ordered Macbook m1 Max 16Inch on 26-10-2021 from Apples authorised store "VENUS DATA PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED(iVenus)". At the time of purchase they said me your products will be delivered within 5 to 6 week. so, i said okay and i have submitted 75000 token money to them. After that i have done followed up from them so many times but they said that apple is not giving proper date for delivery and this delay is from apple side and kind of that. Today is 19-01-2022. whole year is change and approximately 4 months passed after i ordered the product.

As, i have trust on apple, i believe that apple is at-list give proper information regarding delivery date. I have followed up with them(iVenus) so many times but they are not giving me proper date. Last time when i talked with them(iVenus), they replayed that you will get your product approximate date is 19th jan. and today they told me you will get it on 30th Jan.

So, I am expecting proper response from apple regarding my product. what is the exact issue with my product? i am waiting for proper response from apple side .

Here i am attaching invoice which they provided. i hope this time i will get proper answer from apple side.

Why would you expect a "proper response" from Apple? You did not order from Apple. You ordered from some third party. They need to tell you what is going on with your order. If it were me, I would get a refund from the third party and order directly from Apple. But I am not in your country so maybe you can't order from Apple.

Why would you expect a "proper response" from Apple? You did not order from Apple. You ordered from some third party. They need to tell you what is going on with your order. If it were me, I would get a refund from the third party and order directly from Apple. But I am not in your country so maybe you can't order from Apple.

None of these computers are merely pulled form a warehouse. Each and every one is custom-built to an order, from an individual/organization, an Apple Store, or a Reseller.


These computers are "on allocation" to all buyers. That means that Resellers are getting some of their orders, but others are delayed. Apple appears to be doing most of this allocation on a first-come, first-served basis to begin with.


But because some of the parts needed to build them, especially the most complex parts, are in short supply, the simpler the computer you ordered, the more likely you will get it sooner. The most complicated processor options and largest memories seem to be the most delayed.

I am continuously in touch with authorise apple store. and they have already ordered on same day. As par the reseller , They are not getting any purchase option from apple side. They said apple is increasing date only. customer just want to how much time it will take! as, you can already count the days. 26-oct-21 and still continue . if apple is not able to provide then, they should at-list inform to customer that , they are not able to provide it . or need to give proper date . Its not fair to give wrong date of delivery and postpond it again and again. It feels like apple is playing with us this time . Even nobody from apple side is ready to replay me . Even i called on customer number they said we are not able to give response regarding this.

Sorry, but can you please told me the definition of sooner. As, There have been so many days even whole year is changed and today is second month 3rd day of another year. and now they given the date of march. I don't think so now we can say that "SOONER"
