I’ve been using my iPhone 13 Pro since last month, and I’m noticing that during charging it’s only going up to 96% and then takes a very long time to reach 100%. Is anybody else having this issue?

This might be your iPhones Optimised Battery Charging setting. Optimised Battery Charging is when your iPhone learns from your daily charging routine.
This is to help reduce battery ageing.
Optimized battery charging was mentioned, but about when do you see it charge up to 96% and how? Is this happening during daytime hours? The premise of optimized charging is that it's supposed to hold off completing a charge at night when the user isn't likely to be using it off the battery.
