in-App purchase on AppleTV not showing any reciept?

I am having trouble with an in-app purchase I made on my AppleTV about a year ago. Trying to get support from the company for the upgraded version of the software. But I cannot find any proof of the purchase? The app is upgraded, that is the proof, but I dont see any purchase receipt with on the ATV or my App Store in iTunes?


How can I prove the purchase?


The software in question is InfusePro Media Player is that matters.

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support

The initial history view may show the purchase history of the last 90 days only. Change the date range to look at the view per year.
