Mac Mini M1 (2020), Logitech Streamcam causing audio loop

Hardware: MacMini M1(2020)16GB, Logitech Streamcam (mic/video).

Software: Microsoft Zoom, Apple's iMessage Share Platform Function, and/or FB Messenger running Monterey OS. Fully updated/patched OS and software .

The Mac Mini M1, after sharing a screen in either, Microsoft Zoom, Apple's iMessage Share Platform Function, and/or FB Messenger most always/sometimes enters in an audio loop of about 1 second length: the webcam microphone then fails to work further. The video function continues unaffected.

An immediate search of Mac's Activity Monitor reveals the "coreaudiod" daemon no longer listed as an active process and therefore cannot be restarted. The audio loop is continuously broadcasted to the audience.

Only a complete reboot of the Mac solves the problem, albeit temporarily.

That thread appears to be locked, hence my new post. I have not yet reported this issue to Logitech.

Can anyone assist?
