Spinning ball prevents me sending/ forwarding / composing emails on my Mac Pro laptop but email can be received OK
Has anyone encountered this and have a solution,?

Hey Roberta,
It appears that you're having a problem sending, forwarding, or writing emails from the Mail app on your Mac. The Mail app simply continues buffering, and we're glad to provide assistance.
If the Mail app is open, quit the app. Then, while holding the shift key, open Mail again and see if still buffers.
If you can’t send or receive email on your Mac - Apple Support -- If the problem remains, review the information and apply the steps provided in this article.
