Share Menu in iPhotos on macOS Monterey 12.1

In iphotos I wish to share photos via my chosen Mail app(Outlook), I highlight Photo and click share button but only options I have are :

-Shared Albums

-Messages

-AirDrop

-Notes

-Set Desktop Picture

-More

Upon clicking 'More', then under SHARE MENU... Outlook Mail is clicked already but greyed out. How do share a photo via Outlook mail??

iPhoto and Photos - sharing photos by Mail Hello, With the upcoming replacement of her iMac I am trying to convince my wife to stop using iPhoto (which might well not work on her new MacBook Pro 13" M1 BigSur) and switch to Photos. I have a nasty question though that I have to answer to finish convincing her : in iPhoto, sharing photos by Mail allows you to insert the photos in the message according to a number of predefined templates : 'classic', 'collage', 'postcard', etc. in Photos this seems not to exist. The shared photos are just inserted into a message and that's all you get (equivalent to the 'classic' template of iPhoto) My question : in Photos, when sharing photos by Mail is there a way to replicate the 'templates' feature of iPhoto ? Many thanks in advance.

How do I avoid photobooth when attaching photos to messages/emails? When trying to upload a photo as an attachment to an email, or to WhatsApp, or Message, I choose 'photos' under the Media option. But half the time, it defaults to Photobooth and doesn't allow me to select the Photo library from the Photo app. Sometimes it offers me the choice of Photobooth and Photos. It's frustrating and makes no sense as it changes from day to day (without any other changes to my MacBook). I know I can select a photo and 'share' and pick the messaging/email app, but that's not always convenient (ie, in the midst of an email thread or similar). Any help much appreciated.

I don't think you can share from photos to outlook. If so, you'll have to do it the other way around

In outlook, click the attachment button in the email you want to add pictures to then use the browser to navigate to photos using the circled buttons...
